고복수냉면(고복례냉면)

1930년대 조부이신 고학성옹이 평안북도 강계에서 중앙면옥을 운영하면서 터득한 냉면조리 비법을 고순은씨가 1.4후퇴 때 피난 내려와 1974년 평택에서 전수하였다. 그 후 고복수씨까지 3대에 이어 이곳 천안점과 신촌점을 더 두고 평양냉면의 진수를 보이고 있다. 이 곳의 냉면맛을 좌우하는 육수는 주인만 아는 비밀재료를 넣어 시간차를 두고 우려내는데, 시원한 국물맛은 일품이다. 또한 닭을 발려서 냉동시킨 후 각종 야채와 매콤하면서 새콤달콤한 소스로 버무려 내어놓는다
